Phil Lunt: An expert in the brain and has a MSC in Neuroscience. He will be sharing his expertise in how to gain optimum health from a neuroscience perspective.
Annie Lee: our developmental coach will finish the evening with a goal setting exercise so that you will be fully prepared and motivated to take on your new knowledge from the evening and get FitAgain in body and mind.
