A 6-week boxing course where your child will learn fundamental boxing moves. They will then be able to put these into practice with fun combinations. This course is fun, will improve confidence, help children to manage difficult emotions such as anger and anxiety and improve fitness.
Led by a qualified Ricky Hatton Instructor and mindfulness teacher. Lucy is DBS checked and has experience of teaching this course in primary schools.
For children aged 8-12 (age 7 will considered if they are keen to learn).
Boxing gloves and pads are provided.
Children are advised to bring a drink and wear sports clothing such as PE kit.
