    6 week Fight Course – 1 hour sessions.

    Designed for all abilities and fitness levels. This course will make you torch fat and learn next level boxing and pad holding skills! This is an intensive group exercise course run by both Lucy and Andrew who are trained Ricky Hatton Boxing Instructors.

    Come along if you want to learn new skills, meet like minded people, have fun and tone up. The Course runs weekly for 6 weeks and once you pass the course you can then join the weekly Fight Camp. Here you will hone you new found skills and continue to get fitter and fitter!
