We are a gym that keeps on giving to it’s clients, so every month we hold a FREE course open for all members. To book a place, simply contact us through your PT Minder app, or speak to your trainer the next time you’re in. Further details can be found on the monthly newsletter delivered to your inbox at the start of each month.

As a 1:1 or 1:2 client you enjoy free unlimited use of the private gym. Access is by the hour and bookable through your PT Minder app, this allows us to keep the numbers in the gym at a minimum, meaning you will never wait for a machine, you have space to enjoy your work out, we can see when you attended the gym in order for us to support your training program.

Every client will receive a full gym induction, instructional videos on the app on how to use all equipment, a bespoke program that will be updated as your move through your program.

The gym is open 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm.

1:4 members can add gym access onto their package, all details on the prices page.


Nutrition is key to any program, no matter the goal. We support you by providing a comprehensive breakdown on the science behind nutrition, with advice on how to apply this to your current diet.

Our advice is transferable, and more importantly sustainable. There should be an element of flexibility and enjoyment in your diet, as well as a path that you can achieve your goals with.

During your time we will take time to refresh knowledge and advice on your eating and drinking habits. We also provide you with a FREE protein pack to support your journey, which you will receive directly to your inbox.
